I have been  blessed to be able to work from home for the past 15 + years. Working as an Artist, and running around the house chasing my kids!  It hasn't always been easy, but definitely worth it!

Now you might be wondering how I got myself in this wonderful mess... Well since I was a little girl I was fascinated with the wonderful world of art!  My first exposure to arts and crafts was through my mother's hands.  Growing up by my mother's side was wonderful as she was and still is creating and selling new crafty projects.  Little did she know she influenced me to appreciate and become passionate for the wonderful world of art!

I attended College and graduated with a B.A. in Art education with an emphasis in studio art.  I have worked in the school systems since 1991 within the Rialto Unified School District, San Bernardino city unified, worked for 5 years as part-time Art Instructor for TK-8 at NSLA Charter School.  I've worked with kids from preschool up to high school level in the classroom as well as on the field at leadership conferences. Bottom line, I love kids and I love sharing art with them!

I realized I needed to use the two most wonderful gifts that God has given me: being a Mom and an Artist.  I created the Art-Z Mom idea and website in 2005 and I'm now designing everything from one-of-a kind Fine art to unique cards, murals, graphic design, painted wearables and more recently fulfilling my ultimate dream of illustrating childrens books as well as one of my favorite passions,  Face and Body painting , which  gives me the opportunity to continue practicing my skill while still working with kids.  Lastly I love to combine nature with my artwork in photography and painting.

I consider no project too small and I take pride in my work.  I offer affordable pricing so that anyone can enjoy making their project ideas a reality! I believe art should be for everyone to enjoy!

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, for taking time to read my bio & most of all for visiting my site.  I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy creating & sharing it!
